Mt. Baker Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We are a 63-bed, locally owned Skilled Nursing Facility with a warm, supportive, and resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including catheterization, IV management, and tube feeding
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Collaborate with healthcare teams (MDs, RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients during your shift
- Adhere to nursing protocols and demonstrate clinical leadership
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure resident needs are met consistently on your shift
