Mt Baker Care Center is hiring NAR or CNA, Nurse Assistant Registered or Certified Nursing Assistant. Day shift and Evening shift position available. We Provide both short term rehabilitation and long term care in a warm and upbeat setting. Mt Baker Care Center is locally owned, and has great staffing ratios. Come in and meet the team!
At 63 beds we are a relatively small facility so we really get to know our residents individually. Our team is talented, fun, kind, and lively. The right candidate will strive to provide top level care including:
-Assisting residents with ADLs such as ambulation, toileting, clothing management, grooming, and hygiene assistance
-Assisting with meals and dining
-Completing documentation and charting prior to completion of shift
-Following care plans and working with nursing to help each resident meet their personalized goals
-Working with a team to promote a welcoming and collaborative working environment
Wage depends on experience and starts at $22.00 for a brand new first time Certified Nursing Assistant- starting wage is more for experienced Nursing Assistants. Plus hourly shift bonus for evening shift and weekend shifts!

-Shift differential pay for evening($2) and night($4) shifts on top of your base pay!
-Weekend shift differential of $4/ hr on top of your base pay
