```Duties:``` - Provide leadership and guidance to the school staff, students, and parents - Develop and implement school policies and procedures - Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment - Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively - Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and instructional strategies - Monitor student progress and implement early intervention strategies as needed - Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and respectful school environment - Ensure effective classroom management techniques are utilized by teachers - Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and school activities ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Valid teaching certification or administrative certification - Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably as a principal or assistant principal - Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies - Experience working with students of all ages, including toddlers and young children - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage behavior issues and promote positive student behavior - Familiarity with early intervention programs and literacy education initiatives Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
