Short Project Overview:-
Project Lighthouse backfill to maintain IRMS legacy systems and develop interfaces between GenTax and IRMS systems during the modernization period to support all four rollouts.
Client is seeking an experienced, senior-level PowerBuilder developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the IRMS legacy system, as well as development and implementation of the GenTax–IRMS interface under the direction of Client management. This individual will work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly Preferred Skills:-
- Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining tax processing and revenue management systems
- Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge
Required Skills:-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify, analyze, and assess requirements
- Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation of PowerBuilder applications
Skills/Requirements:-
- Hands-on experience developing Powerbuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher Required 7 Years
- Design and develop clear and maintainable code Required 5 Years
- Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar. Required 5 Years
- Experience developing interfaces to FileNet application Required 2 Years
- Experience developing interface to REST APIs Required 2 Years
- Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps Required 2 Years
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads business analysts. Required 2 Years
- Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team. Required 7 Years
- Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment. Required 7 Years
