Job Description

Performs administrative activities such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring and reporting on:

• Support for planning activities such as roadmap development, and dependency management across teams.
• Weekly status of the Program
• Documentation delivery to ensure action items are completed, reviewed, and approved
• Program spending and program metrics.
• Program requirements, documentation, issues, funding and risks.
• Meeting logistics, notices, written communication and meeting minutes.
• Program objectives via metrics and reports for distribution.
• Program plans and schedules for distribution to program team members.
• Tasks and action items pertinent to the success of the individual projects.
• Program and project changes as needed.
• Communications to internal clients, team members and leadership.
• Schedule information to clients, customers support organizations and vendors.

Required

• Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances, etc.) and Cloud environments, specifically Azure.
• Basic project management and administration processes and principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the equivalent.
