The role of Electrical Designer encompasses the end-to-end design and coordination of electrical systems for prominent franchise businesses within the quick service restaurant, health and beauty, retail, and pet services industries. This position requires a thorough mastery of relevant codes, industry standards, and client specifications to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical solutions tailored to diverse commercial environments.
Core Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive electrical system layouts, schematics, and documentation for both new construction and renovation projects across franchise operations.
- Collaborate proactively with architects, project managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical design within overall project frameworks.
- Conduct detailed site evaluations to accurately assess electrical infrastructure needs and potential logistical constraints.
- Specify materials, equipment, and wiring strategies in strict accordance with regulatory, operational, and safety requirements.
- Ensure that all designs are compliant with applicable codes, ordinances, and franchise standards.
- Oversee technical support during installation, commissioning, and subsequent troubleshooting activities as required.
- Maintain rigorous records and documentation throughout the design and implementation process.
- Engage with clients to clarify objectives, present design solutions, and respond to technical inquiries.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related discipline is recommended but not required.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in electrical systems design, preferably in commercial or franchise-oriented contexts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in design platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software applications.
- Experience collaborating effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams and managing multiple concurrent deliverables.
