The Enterprise Systems Manager will develop strategies, manage, and evolve the organization's enterprise digital systems. The primary role is to streamline business processes by leveraging and integrating digital tools, AI, software, automation, and other technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. The role will design and deliver solutions to connect business needs and technology tools, ensuring that workflows align with organizational goals and systems are optimized.
In addition, the Enterprise Systems Manager will oversee third-party IT service vendors and manage on-site hardware delivery and support.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Project management certification, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP.
- Experience working with an AI assistant platform.
