The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, engage audiences, increase registrations, and boost sales. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset to assist in implementing and monitoring strategies across multiple channels. Working closely with Directors, Managers, and the broader marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and effective in reaching target audiences. What You’ll Do Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate the production of marketing communications, including social media content, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website updates. Manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies. Gather and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure materials align with brand standards and quality expectations. Maintain the marketing calendar, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to the marketing team. Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of campaigns. Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. What Sets You Apart Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Fundamental understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Creative thinker with keen attention to detail. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
