Responsibilities: Grow and maintain specific KOL relationships in assigned therapeutic area/tumor types Utilize those KOL relationships across business units for outreach and problem solving, including: OncLive Targeted Oncology Cancer Network PER-Oncology The Agency Attend internal MJH business unit meetings and give guidance on KOL strengths/weaknesses/interests as required Attend external MJH congresses/workshops as required to gain access to assigned KOL’s Attend key oncology/hematology conferences (ASCO/ASH) and satellite symposia as needed to gain access to assigned KOL’s Plan and execute regular social meetings/interactions with assigned KOL’s as necessary Regularly communicate with assigned KOL’s to obtain competitive intelligence & editorial content Work with our strategic alliance coordinator to grow and maintain our strategic alliance partnerships Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 4-6 years of experience Knowledge/experience working with KOL’s Knowledge of oncology/oncology market is beneficial Must possess a high degree of organization and can prioritize multiple tasks and assignments Strong computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/Zoom & various Outlook programs) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel frequently Success Measurement: Expectations include developing/managing relations with 35 oncology KOL’s Meet/communicate with KOL’s on a regular basis, averaging 8 touchpoints per week Utilize KOL relationships to develop relevant editorial content amongst business unit editorial groups Utilize KOL relationships to develop client business introductions Demonstrate new product or process innovations or refinement across business units. Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
