As an Appraisal Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping achieve store Appraisal Buying Cars . Role Responsibilities
 

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
• Build rapport quickly with diverse customers and confidently explain the Ca appraisal process.
• Communicate effectively in-person and by phone to understand customer motivations and follow up with undecided sellers.
• Advocate for  your company , clearly sharing why we’re the smart choice for selling a car.
• Facilitate appraisal steps, including discovery, presenting offers, and addressing objections.
• Accurately collect and input data to support precise appraisal offers and maintain composure under pressure, ensuring a positive experience in challenging situations.
• Follow Company's Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
   

Required Qualifications
 

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail for reading, interpreting, and transcribing data accurately.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for engaging with customers and team members.
• Completion of 3 months  training and participation in scheduled meetings.
• Physical capability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, including outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while wearing CarMax-provided work attire.

Pay Rate For This Position Is

$48,000 to $72,000

Commissions

This position is with some Base and Mainly Commission Driven Earn as much as you like.
