Must Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX B2B Service / Oracle Service Cloud implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of B2B Service business processes
- Strong Understanding of Case Management, Activity Management, Accounts, Contacts and other modules
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with related Oracle CX modules such as Field Service, Knowledge Management and Plug-In Development
- Good knowledge of OIC Integrations with B2B Service Cloud
