yWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Data Modeler to support a large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Analytics Program. The Data Modeler will work with complex healthcare datasets and translate business requirements into enterprise data models, application designs, and scalable analytics solutions

.This role is responsible for the design, governance, and evolution of conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support enterprise reporting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and data modernization initiatives. The position plays a key role in bridging traditional enterprise data warehouse environments with modern cloud-based architectures such as Azure, Snowflake, and Lakehouse platforms

.Working closely with data architects, ETL developers, BI teams, database administrators, and business stakeholders, the Senior Health Data Modeler will ensure data structures are scalable, compliant, well-documented, and aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements

• yDevelop and deliver long-term strategic goals for enterprise data architecture and modeling standards
• .Lead enterprise data architecture, modeling, and data movement initiatives supporting healthcare analytics and reporting
• .Create end-to-end data architecture visions showing how logical designs translate into physical databases and downstream analytical environments
• .Maintain enterprise data architecture documentation and promote a single source of truth across analytical platforms
• .Support alignment of data architecture with business, regulatory, and modernization objectives

• .Support data quality initiatives through source-to-target mapping, data movement analysis, lineage tracking, and validation processes
• .Define and maintain metadata standards, data dictionaries, business glossaries, and lineage documentation

• .Define testing criteria and validation approaches to ensure the quality and performance of data architecture solutions
