Must Have Technical Functional Skills

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Data Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst, with a proven track record of working on large-scale data projects.
  • Retail Industry Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in the retail sector.
  • Must understand the nuances of retail
  • customer data (householding, loyalty tiers, promotional activity, cross-channel behavior).
  • Customer Data Proficiency: Demonstrable experience with core Customer 360 Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Concepts Data Analysis andSQL: Strong proficiency in SQL for data profiling, source-to-target mapping validation, and ad-hoc analysis. You must be comfortable getting your hands dirty in the data.
