Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high level of accuracy. This position requires detail orientation, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and verify lease and retail contract information for accuracy
- Validate supporting documents to ensure compliance with state and internal requirements
- Identify inconsistencies and communicate corrective actions as needed
- Perform financial calculations including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Multitask between multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
- Adapt to frequent process or workload changes, including overtime requests
- Communicate effectively with dealership and regional personnel
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Moderate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications
- Attention to detail with strong administrative capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Minimum one year of experience in:
- General Accounting
- General Business
- Administrative operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 10-Key data entry experience
