Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in factory settings and possess mechanical knowledge, enabling them to contribute effectively to our assembly line operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Performs a variety of duties necessary to support operations within a team environment.
• Persons in this position promote a climate of cooperation; leading by example; mentoring others in quality, safety, environmental, Lean and HPWS philosophies.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform other duties as requested.
• Duties are performed under limited supervision.
• Some computer skills necessary.
• Works from computer generated pictures, wiring diagrams, simple drawings or sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and other written or verbal instructions to perform job functions.
• May be required to perform additional duties/responsibilities.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Will be tasked with a variety of jobs and work assignments/cross-training
• May be required to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
