Angell Animal Medical Center is seeking an accomplished veterinarian to serve as our next Chief of Staff, providing strategic medical leadership for one of the nation's premier specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals.
This role offers the opportunity to influence every aspect of clinical excellence from mentoring exceptional specialists and developing future veterinary leaders to guiding medical strategy, hospital operations, and organizational growth.
In this role, you'll:
• Lead and mentor our veterinary leadership team and specialists
• Shape the future of one of the country's leading specialty hospitals
• Champion outstanding patient care and medical quality
• Support nationally recognized internship and residency programs
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, growth, and innovation
• Maintain a clinical presence within your specialty, if desired
We're looking for:
- DVM (or equivalent)
- Massachusetts veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Significant leadership experience in a specialty, emergency, or multi-specialty veterinary hospital
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and building high-performing teams
- Experience balancing clinical excellence with operational and strategic leadership
