Department: Job Description Summary: Position Responsibilities Assists the Physician Recruitment team with full-life cycle recruitment of physicians Coordinates and schedules interviews (phone, zoom, in person) with physicians and the Mount Sinai hiring team. Assists with the creation and placement of job postings and advertisements in various career sites and journals. Compiles, edits and disseminates New and Departing physician list to department and other key users Attends meetings with and follows up on Medical Staff credentialing and Human Resources to determine if the status is clear or pending Initiates new physician onboarding emails and tracks process in database ensuring all checklists are up to date Coordinates physician onboarding visits with leadership Processes interview reimbursements and check requests Manages physician student loan reimbursement process Assists with maintaining physician contract database ensuring compliance with all contracts, including employed physicians and independent contractors Demonstrates proficiency in typing documents utilizing Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc and reviews all documents for accuracy Maintains files in an organized manner Maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times Provides customer service support to recruiters, physicians and MSMC departments as required Assists Physician Administration team with projects as needed Prepares reports and recommends solutions to minimize barriers and improve the impact of the recruiting group. Prepares reports and summaries of information for use of Management.
