Position Overview:
We are seeking a General Labor candidate to manufacture fiberglass light poles and support plant operations with a variety of tasks. This includes building, sanding, and grinding fiberglass poles and bases with designated tooling.

- Assembling luminaires
- Packing and shipping finished product
- General maintenance
- Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed
- Frequently lift heavy objects
- Previous manufacturing or production experience helpful, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality protocols
- Comfortable working with industrial tools and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a hard-working team
