Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Support HR compliance and documentation processes
- Support special projects and firmwide HR initiatives
- Support administration of annual HR cycles including open enrollment, performance reviews
- Interprets, implements, and enforces the firm’s policies and procedures
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment lifecycle for open positions
- Assist with the coordination of an annual internship program (including occasional on campus recruitment) with targeted universities to help develop and then recruit qualified students into MKSK’s workforce
