Requirements:
5 years of related experience.
Must have served in a Head of HR or HR Director capacity for at least 2 years.
Team Management & Headcount:
Experience in a role managing a workforce of 150–300 employees.
Additional preference for candidates experienced in managing larger workforces (e.g., 500 to 800–1,000 employees), especially where provided as examples in updated guidelines.
Industry & Sector Requirements:
Must have a manufacturing background:
*** Only candidates with relevant heavy manufacturing experience (including steel/metal production, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, heavy machinery, chemical processing, mining, and defense equipment manufacturing) will be considered.
