MSIG USA is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Intern to support our team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis. The role involves working with financial models, analyzing key performance metrics, and assisting in strategic decision-making.

MSIG USA is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Intern to support our team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis. The role involves working with financial models, analyzing key performance metrics, and assisting in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting by gathering financial data and updating financial models.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis of actual vs. forecasted results.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Work with large datasets to generate insights and support business decisions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as cost analysis, revenue projections, and process improvement initiatives.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn financial statements and key financial metrics.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Program Dates: June 2, 2026- August 14, 2026
- 3 Day Induction: June 2 - June 4, 2026 (location, Warren, NJ)
- Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 3 days in the office per week
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $25.00
