Summary:The Rotational Operations Supervisor is a 12–14 month developmental program designed for early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in warehouse operations and leadership. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Inbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Transportation, and other supporting functions.
Participants will gain exposure to daily operations, develop leadership skills, and lead process improvement projects while partnering closely with supervisors and managers. This program is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their leadership careers who are eager to grow into a full-time supervisory role.
Upon successful completion of the program, the individual will be placed into a permanent Operations Supervisor position within the warehouse.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured rotation across multiple warehouse departments to gain operational knowledge.
- Support and contribute to process improvement projects, including coordination, execution, and presentation of results.
- Assist in ensuring proper staffing levels to meet daily operational needs.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in alignment with company policies.
- Partner with Leads and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to safety, quality, and productivity.
- Assist with facility optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Begin developing leadership skills by supporting supervision of team members during rotations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with basic root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to improve operational efficiency.
- Learn and support warehouse systems, processes, and layout optimization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, internships, or leadership roles.
- Prior internship, co-op, or part-time experience in operations or supply chain is a plus.
- Exposure to warehouse or distribution environments is helpful but not required.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in leadership development and operations management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated potential to lead and develop teams.
