To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing and integrating a variety of low voltage systems to include Intrusion Alarms, Video Surveillance, Card Access, Telephone Systems, Data Networks and more.
- Ability to answer basic customer inquiries after trained by MSI.
- Ability to travel domestically to other MSI locations with expenses paid by the company.
- Manage updates to MSI systems.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
- One (1) plus year of Low Voltage Data Technician experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to use a computer or tablet is a plus.
- Good communication skills required.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to travel to any state as needed.
