Graphic Designer

Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Artist with strong expertise in AI-generated design, interior visualization, and video content creation. This role focuses on producing high-quality product visuals, immersive room scenes, and motion content to support eCommerce, digital marketing, and sales initiatives.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $21.75 to $24.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $52,000 and $55,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic product images, lifestyle visuals, and interior room scenes
• Generate AI-based room scenes featuring tile, flooring, stone, and vanities
• Produce and edit video content, including motion graphics and short-form marketing videos
• Design infographics, presentations, and digital marketing assets
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure brand consistency, color accuracy, and high-quality output across all deliverables
  
  

AI Design & Visualization Skills

• Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar)
• Ability to create interior design visualizations, 3D-style room scenes, and product mockups
• Strong understanding of:
• Lighting, rendering, and material realism
• Texture mapping (tile, wood, stone, and surface finishes)
• Perspective, scale, and composition
• Familiarity with room visualization tools (Roomvo, TilesView, or similar)
  
  

AI Video & Motion Graphics

• Experience with AI video generation tools (Runway ML, Higgsfield, Pika, Luma AI, Sora, or similar)
• Ability to create image-to-video, text-to-video, and motion-based content
• Strong skills in video editing, transitions, camera movement, and visual storytelling
  
  

Tools & Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• AI design tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Knowledge of 3D design, rendering, or interior layout tools (SketchUp, Blender, Planner 5D, Homestyler preferred)
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and eCommerce design best practices
  
  

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, motion graphics, or visual design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• AI-generated visuals
• Interior or product visualization
• Video and motion graphics work
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in interior design, home improvement, flooring, tile, or building materials
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, product marketing, or retail content creation
  
  

Portfolio Requirement
