Visual Merchandising Specialist National Marketing Jobs Location: Atlanta, GA Summary: The Trend & Design Associate performs a wide variety of tasks that support the National Marketing Department. They should be able to think creatively to develop planograms that visually enhance the variety of products at MSI. Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM Seniority Level: Associate Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20 to $23 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $49,400 and $56,800 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities: Design and execute planograms for bi-annual refreshes and new showroom locations, ensuring optimal product placement and customer engagement Create or update existing floorplans using Google SketchUp, adhering to brand standards and enhancing the customer experience Ability to read and adjust architectural floorplans as needed Strategically develop showroom category plans by determining spatial planning and product placement Ensures accurate and timely completion of showroom deliverables while meeting established objectives Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders to successfully open new branch showrooms Work with the graphics team and external vendors to quote and coordinate production of graphics and marketing materials Act as the main point of contact for assigned branch showrooms, monitor and upkeep Coordinate with the board production team by providing necessary specifications for the board production process Occasionally travel to out-of-state branch locations. Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Business Administration/ Marketing/ Design Project management experience Visual merchandising: experience in creating planograms and showroom layouts Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks with demanding deadlines. Problem solving skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Planogram Software experience Proficiency in Google SketchUp Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
