In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Community Relations team to build strong relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about community outreach, nonprofit engagement, public relations, and relationship building.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach programs, events, and initiativesBuild and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and key stakeholdersSupport coordination and participation in community events, partnerships, and charitable activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals and missionMonitor, track, and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and engagement opportunitiesConduct research to identify community needs, partnership opportunities, and outreach strategiesAnalyze and report on community engagement performance and impact metricsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field preferredStrong passion for community involvement, outreach, and social impact initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trustHighly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMotivated self-starter with a proactive and positive attitudeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageCareer growth and professional development opportunities within the organizationCollaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven work cultureHands-on experience in community outreach, public relations, and engagement strategyOpportunity to make a meaningful and measurable impact in local communities
