Job Title: Product Manager for Notebook Business

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 / Annually

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Description: MSI Computer Corp., a leading innovator in the PC hardware industry, is seeking to hire a talented, creative individual with excellent work ethic to help product marketing team for local campaigns.

What you will DO:

• Product planning, business scope and collaboration, sales activation, channel engagement and management, product launch, and event support.
• Drive product marketing strategy; in alignment with product management and sales opportunities / priorities.
• Plan and execute budget according to business objectives and ROI
• Develop, communicate and implement winning go to market plans for both channel sales and marketing teams
• Be the expert on the local markets, opportunities in terms of positioning and launch strategies, and the competition
• Develop channel-wide demand generation campaigns or programs as well as result tracking and correction
• Assist both local and global marketing teams in development of the product line strategy; requires strong diplomacy skills to build consensus in business needs.
• Provide and contribute creative marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with channel marketing team to develop sales tools to support sales cycle
• Participate at tradeshows and industry events to assist in lead generation, communication of the value proposition of MSI products

 What you will NEED:

• 3 year product management related work experience in IT distributor or manufacturer preferred
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to define effective marketing tactics, strong negotiation and market analysis skills
• Knowledge of Business to Business and Business to Consumer (vertical market will be a plus), including process and key players
• Passionate attitude for sales and marketing as an enabler for a company’s growth
• Experienced in building partnerships that help customers grow their businesses and deeply understands customer relationship-building
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of applications
• Proactive, aggressive, team work, and self-motivated
• Confident presenting and speaking in front of large groups and/or senior management
• Result and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Travel approximately 20~25%

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
