JOB RESPONSIBILITES (PRIMARY):
Specific responsibilities for this position are stated below but not limited to:
- Completion of internal environmental audits
- Tracking of Fire equipment/drills/needs
- Tracking of plan of corrections for internal/external audits
- Oversight of Weekly Manager’s Audits to identify any trends/needs
- Oversight of MSHN protocols
- Liaison with MSHN leadership for home needs/trends for quality care and environmental needs
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The following are minimum requirements for each position at Mid-South HealthNet Inc. / MSHN Enterprises LLC:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s license or state ID
- Successful completion of a drug screen
- Background results within company standards (i.e. no assault, bodily harm, possession of weapons or drug charge)
- Must maintain professional nursing license
- Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first thirty days of employment. Certification must be repeated every 2 years.
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
