This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can do more than manage the numbers. We’re looking for a strong people leader who can develop teams, drive accountability, improve processes, and partner closely with senior leadership across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong accounting and controllership leadership experience
- Experience within a large, complex corporate environment
- Deep knowledge of SOX, compliance, audits, and financial controls
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate accounting teams
- Experience driving process improvement, transformation, and operational excellence
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similarly complex environments is highly valuable
