Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, preventative, and personalized senior care while benefiting from a supportive, team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities
• Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for adult/senior patients
• Educate patients on preventative health, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
• Promote preventative health practices and ensure patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to ensure clinical excellence
• Support patient-first culture by showing compassion, kindness, and professionalism
Requirements
•Current Florida APRN license Preferred
•Certification in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or Primary Care (preferred)
•Active DEA license or eligible within 6 months
•2 years of experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics (preferred)
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•No active disciplinary actions with the Florida Department of Health
•Ability to work in-person, full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Schedule
•Full-time, Monday–Friday
•Day shift (no weekends, no scheduled on-call)
