Prep Cook and Line Cook

Duties

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Assist in the preparation of meals according to recipes and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as needed.
• Participate in catering events as required, assisting with setup and service.
• Follow proper storage procedures for food items to maintain freshness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
