We are seeking motivated and community-minded Campaign Canvassers to join the outreach team for Monique Pardo Pope’s campaign. You should feel comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds, communicating key points clearly, and representing the campaign in a positive, respectful manner. Training is provided, and no prior political experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to share information about the campaign and connect with local residents.
- Engage community members in a respectful and professional manner while communicating key messages.
- Identify potential supporters and gather relevant information during conversations.
- Answer general questions about the campaign’s priorities, vision, and community focus.
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach efforts and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Represent the campaign positively and professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, canvassing, telemarketing, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently and respectfully.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus and helps support outreach in broader communities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in outdoor environments.
- Demonstrated ability in conversation, persuasion, or public interaction is a bonus.
- Reliable transportation may be needed for certain outreach locations.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for community engagement are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $1.00 - $100.00 per hour
