Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations throughout the Las Vegas valley.
- Operate company vehicles equipped with GPS tracking and dual-facing cameras (continuous recording)
- Complete up to 15 pick up stops per day and up to 4 designated drop-off sites visits per day.
- Transport materials, documents, equipment, mail, and supplies between job sites, partner facilities, office, and storage. Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured during transit.
- Follow optimized routing and understand local traffic patterns and surface streets.
- Keep vehicles clean, organized, stocked, and professional in appearance
- Pick up mail and deliver to office or storage as needed.
- Pick up boxes and equipment and deliver to office, storage, or field staff. Deliver food to customers as needed
- Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatch, schedulers, and consultants
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow transport procedures precisely
- Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while managing schedules effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.
- Assist in warehouse operations when necessary, including inventory management and organization.
- Represent MSE professionally at all times and support operations Monday through Sunday (weekend availability is required)
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid Nevada Drivers license
- Clean driving record with no issues
- Must remain insurable under company policy
- 20/20 vision (corrective lens acceptable)
- Insuranble under company auto policy
- Non smoker/Non vaper (vehicle and worksite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (equipment, coolers, boxes, etc)
- Must be able to comfortably enter and exit a Toyota Prius or similar low-profile vehicle.
- Must be able to get in and out of vehicle 15-20 times per day
- Comfortable operating vehicle with GPS tracking and dual facing cameras
- Highly punctual, reliable, and consistent.
- Calm under pressure and emotionally controlled while driving
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy is essential.
- Team oriented, personable, and able to work seamlessly with consultants, schedulers, analysts, and management.
- Positive attitude, solution focused, and able to work without complaints.
- Smart phone proficiency for GPS, communication and digital logging.
