PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires regular attendance; the ability to work 40 hours per week is required; requires the ability to stand or walk for hours at a time; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have to be at least 16 years old. Will be required to submit to E-Verify screening and pass a background check as required by Homeland Security and/or MSE Branded Foods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-:
• Maintain a gracious, pleasant, and friendly attitude while contributing to a teamwork-based environment.
• Be customer service-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrate ability to comprehend and follow both written and oral instructions.
• Adhere to the company dress and appearance policy.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Responsible for set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area beginning, during, and at the end of each shift.
• Position requires slip-resistant shoes.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a competent employee to take the role of our host/hostess for Nacho Hippo or Pavilion Bar and Grill restaurant. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experience. The position will work with the Front of House Team Members (servers) who are responsible for taking care of our guests during their food and/or experience with Nacho Hippo or Pavilion Bar and Grill.
At MSE Branded Foods, operate a variety of quick and full-service restaurants featuring nationally branded quick-service concepts. MSE operations cover the spectrum of airports, universities, and premium shopping centers.
