MSD Decatur Township Schools is seeking a dependable and student-centered Non-CDL Driver to support our Work-Based Learning (WBL) program. This role is essential in safely transporting students to and from approved learning sites, ensuring positive experiences that help prepare them for future success. Work Schedule
- Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week
- Work Year: 180 days
Required Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Ability to pass a Non-CDL physical and pre-employment drug test
- Dependable work history
- Understanding of basic traffic laws on roads, highways, and interstates
- Willingness to be trained to operate an activity bus
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- CDL license (preferred but not required)

- Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning district vehicles
- Communicate effectively with transportation staff, school administrators, and WBL coordinators
- Represent the district professionally while interacting with students and partners
