Full Job Description: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep. to join our
team in providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills,
the ability to multitask, and a passion for creating an efficient and positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally
- Process incoming orders and provide clear and accurate confirmations
- Maintain and update customer records in our data base
- Follow-up on past due purchase orders with vendors
- Assist with general office tasks as needed, such as organizing, invoicing and inventory tracking
- Accounts Receivable: Responsible for monitoring outstanding balances and making collection calls
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
