Strategic Operations Specialist

As our Strategic Operations Specialist, you'll partner with leadership to support key business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and help ensure critical processes are executed with excellence. What You'll Do
- Support strategic operational initiatives across the organization
- Coordinate contracts, compliance activities, and key business processes
- Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and consistency
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to manage confidential information

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible professional experience in operations, executive support, contract administration, project coordination, compliance, corporate governance, or similar business functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
