Compensation: Technicians can expect to earn $50,000 expected annual earnings, with additional income growth available through performance incentives and high-volume work.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, equipment, and machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using industry-standard tools
- Complete repairs, replacements, and adjustments (engines, brakes, transmissions, steering systems, etc.)
- Use diagnostic software/equipment to troubleshoot complex problems
- Work closely with team members to keep repair schedules efficient and organized
- Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance procedures accurately
- Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay current on new technology, tools, and repair techniques
- Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
- Maintain a clean workspace and properly care for tools and equipment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
- Experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar hands‑on role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read/interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Good communication skills and a team‑first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- State inspection certification is a plus!
