MS Track & Field Assistant Coach

Summary: Noble Middle School is currently seeking an Assistant Coach for the Outdoor Track & Field program, to begin April 1st, 2026. This is a seasonal, stipend position, with no additional health benefits. Required Qualifications and Character-traits: Applicants must meet/be able to perform each essential duty listed below. Must possess a high school diploma At least 1 year of coaching experience in track and field, preferably at the youth level. Consideration will be given to candidates with other levels of experience who can articulate why they would be successful in the position. Ability to create comprehensive practice plans that maximize student growth and provide opportunities for student-athletes to participate in an engaging, challenging, and rewarding way. Ability to hold high moral standards and be a role-model for our young student-athletes in both athletics and in the classroom. Excellent communication skills that allow for clear expectations to be provided to both athletes, parents and administration.
