Qualifications: A valid Educational Technician III and current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education.

Description: MSAD #11 is looking for a student-centered, team-oriented educator who is passionate about supporting positive behavior and growth. We value educators who bring strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The right candidate will enjoy building meaningful connections with students, fostering positive learning environments, and partnering closely with special educators, classroom teachers, service providers, and administrators. Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting students with diverse needs, and using data to guide decisions is highly valued. Educational Technician Pay Scale (2026-2027)

Placement on the scale is dependent upon experience.
