Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC)

Become a member of our professional team without the worries.At MSA we are looking for part-time and full-time independently licensed masters or higher trained mental health professionals (LCSW-C, LCPC, etc.). You can set your own work schedule, provide individual, family or group therapy and have the full support of a 20 plus year old fully licensed and accredited treatment center.  Clinicians must be licensed in the state of Maryland. Just like your own practice you get paid a percentage of collections or an hourly rate. You will be an employee and not have to be worried about payroll taxes and quarterly tax reporting. We will provide patients, scheduling, collections and administrative support. No worries about renting space, utilities, telephone and computer systems and maintenance its part of the package. MSA will get you into insurance/payor panels. Your job will be to provide outstanding therapy to children and adolescent patients and their families. You will be a part of a clinical team that includes board certified child psychiatrists, pediatric psychiatric nurse practitioners and other advanced licensed therapists.This is the right step to take prior to hanging out your own shingle. The center provides a full range of outpatient services including intensive outpatient, medication management and traditional outpatient care including individual, family and group therapy.

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
