Responsibilities:
1st Shift - Monday through Friday
Starting Pay $20.00/hr

Now hiring at our M & C Reno, Nevada manufacturing location for an Assembly Technician. In this role you will be counted on to perform the following tasks:
- Wiring & Soldering
- Cut, strip, and route wires to build custom cable harnesses
- Crimp and terminate wires and cables to exact specification standards
- Tubing and general assembly of mechanical and electronic components
- Material Handling
- Workstation upkeep including adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0–2 years in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
- Capacity to read wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics, and follow visual assembly instructions.
- Competency using small hand tools (e.g., strippers, crimpers, torque drivers, calipers).
- Ability to perform light lifting (typically up to 20–25 lbs.).
- High level of focus and patience to follow exact blueprints and prevent assembly errors.
