We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in Shared Services and Banking Operations to support the Product and End of Day Pricing Reference Data Services team. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within the Shared Service and Banking Operations team. What you'll do in the role: Manage complex product reference data (Equity, Listed Derivatives) and pricing data processes, including oversight of controls and vendor resources. Analyze ambiguous or non-standard data quality issues; identify risks and root causes; track actions through to resolution. Identify, define and coordinate development of rules and monitoring to assess data quality against external providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters), exchange feeds, and internal controls. Acquire an intricate knowledge of the Firms product data, flow of the data in the firm systems, impact of poor data quality, building the ability to understand the wider environment and question data integrity. Build and manage relationships with trading desks, operations teams, production management, business analysts, IT development teams, and other infrastructure partners. Escalate potential and current risks with urgency and appropriate governance. What you'll bring to the role: Strong relationship building skills Understanding of financial products (Equity, Listed Derivatives) and the downstream impact of poor-quality data across sales & trading, operations, finance, risk, and regulatory processes. Ability to think commercially and understand the impact of initiatives and risks on operational outcomes. Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to technical skills (e.g., SQL, databases, macros) is a plus.
