MS Technology, Inc. is seeking Systems Engineers to support requirements-based engineering for complex technical systems supporting advanced energy, aerospace, and highly regulated industries. This role will support system definition, requirements management, and integration activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support requirements-based engineering activities including development, traceability, and verification of system requirements
- Assist in defining system architecture and functional requirements for complex technical systems
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation and traceability matrices
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure requirements are properly allocated and implemented
- Participate in system design reviews and technical evaluations
- Support verification and validation activities to ensure systems meet defined requirements
- Assist with interface definition and system integration across subsystems and components
- Support documentation and engineering deliverables in accordance with project and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5–15 years of relevant experience supporting complex technical systems
- Experience with requirements-based engineering and systems engineering practices
- Familiarity with engineering standards and processes used in regulated industries such as aerospace (NASA), pharmaceutical, nuclear, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong technical communication and cross-discipline coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or similar systems
- Familiarity with systems engineering standards and frameworks (INCOSE, NASA systems engineering processes, etc.)
- Experience supporting complex or highly regulated projects in aerospace, nuclear, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience with system verification, validation, and integration activities
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related engineering discipline
