What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Balance Debt Collector position at MS Services LLC?
Remote / Hybrid Position Available
Our collectors will have the opportunity to make $100K in commissions. We do not cap commission on collectors. To be eligible for this position, you must be prepared provide proof of historical recovery (W-2, Tax return, etc.). We are looking for high earners with experience working large ticket accounts.
Experience Required
10 years of professional collections experience, 5 years of experience collecting large ticket auto deficiency, RV deficiency, and collateralized bank/ credit union accounts
Preferred Experience with Columbia Ultimate Business Systems (CUBS) and Lateral software
Professional record of reliability and long term employment
Must thrive in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $50,000.00 to a maximum of $180,000.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs. This position is not eligible for individuals with residence in CA, NV, NC, MA, WA.
