About the Role:
We're looking for friendly, dependable people to join our Community Outreach Team. You'll represent Ride & Shop, a local service that helps seniors and disabled adults get rides, groceries, and errands done safely and affordably.
What You'll Do:
- Visit local senior communities, local stores, and community spots to share flyers/information about our services.
- Pass out flyers, talk to residents, and answer basic questions.
- Build relationships with care coordinators, social workers, and retirement centers.
- Help organize small events or "lunch & learn" sessions to spread awareness.
- Report back weekly with updates on which communities were visited and how many people you spoke with.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, respectful, and comfortable talking to people.
- Enjoy helping others — especially seniors.
- Must have your own transportation to visit local areas.
- Previous experience in marketing and sales (major plus but not required)
- Available to work weekends
