Ms. Paula, SLP (www.mspaulaslp.com) is seeking compassionate, skilled bilingual SLPs to work on-site and remotely as independent contractors (1099) supporting schools across the greater Chicagoland area.
At Ms. Paula, SLP, we provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, treatment, consultation, and training to meet diverse client needs in English and Spanish.
From pediatric speech therapy to stuttering treatment for adults, therapeutic interventions are targeted to address specific needs and tailored for individual success. Therapy is customized for each client to improve one’s quality of life. Our approach is anchored by family engagement and participation to enhance and accelerate the outcomes of therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate bilingual students on-site
- Prepare evaluation reports remotely
- Develop and report progress on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Share results with school staff and families
- Supervise work of SLPAs remotely
Required Credentials:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- SLP license issued by IDFPR
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- 1 years of therapy experience
- 1 years of school-based experience
Compensation starts at $60 per hour for both on-site and remote work.
- Contractors given flexibility to create their own schedule
