Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cleaning Crew Member, who will travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning services. Day-to-day responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying trash, and restocking supplies as needed. The Cleaning Crew Member will follow established checklists and safety guidelines, use company-approved cleaning products and equipment, and ensure that spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards. The role also involves communicating with supervisors about completed tasks, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and coordinating schedules and assignments via phone or digital tools. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional conduct at client sites are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and company standards with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including proper use, storage, and personal protective measures.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Clear, respectful communication skills for interacting with supervisors, clients, and team members, including using phone or digital tools to receive instructions.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as scheduled.
