Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development.
- Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols while maintaining detailed documentation of student progress and classroom activities.
Experience
- Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Demonstrated ability in classroom management, behavior management strategies, and lesson planning tailored to toddlers and preschoolers.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young learners in subjects like math and physical education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners dedicated to child welfare.
- Prior experience in preschool or daycare settings emphasizing childhood development principles is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
