Location:- Rahway, NJ(Remote)

Mandatory Skill :- HCM ,Workday Extend, Workday Studio
Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend focused on HR functionality.
Enhance Core HCM, Talent Management modules through scalable solutions.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure seamless integration with Workday systems using Workday Studio, Orchestration, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Apply strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and data architecture.
Troubleshoot and optimize Workday Extend applications for performance and usability.
Support ongoing Workday enhancements, releases, and configuration updates.
Preferred qualifications include Workday Extend certification and experience in agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills required to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Stay current with Workday innovations and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
